WARRANTY SERVICE is really bad. They don't list the warranty service number anywhere on the box or literature that the computer came in. You have to find it on-line. Once you find it, it takes a very long time to reach someone. After the long wait, they're not helpful. I called because it was extremely slow and making funny noises.
